Modular Healthcare Construction:
Rational Prefabrication of Healthcare Components
 
   Modern healthcare providers are increasing turning to modular methods of construction for patient care, pharmacy, and diagnostic areas. With the demand for anti microbial construction materials, and clean build methods of construction, modular systems are increasingly utilized to deliver high quality and on time construction renovations.

   High value engineering exercises have repeatedly proved movement of onsite labor and fabrication to off site manufacturing facilities results in lower construction cost, higher construction quality, and less overall construction disruption to adjacent areas.
